AAD XI: Registration

Rates

This year's rates for room and board are as follows:

1. Single room: 34 €
2. Double room: 42 €
3. Triple room: 54 €

Those are prices for the room for one night and include breakfast and dinner for the corresponding number of people. Lunches are charged separatedly this year, at 5 € each.

The registration fee remains to be determined (probably about 20 €).

Owing to Tübitak funding rules, the (optional) opening reception will be charged separately at 11 €.

Deadlines

If you are under 35 years of age, working in a Turkish university, will give a talk, and want TUBITAK support, then you should submit your application by 25 February 2009.

All others may submit their applications by 8 April 2009.
